Public Foundation

Join us

The foundation is made up of engineers, doctors, and specialists who study public systems alongside the teams that run them. We spend our own time on this: evenings, weekends, part of our vacation. We do it because we can see where we can help.

Who we are looking for

On what conditions

The same as the foundation's: work is free of charge, there is no access to personal data, the decision is always with the institution. We don't promise participants either payment or subsequent contracts, and we ask you to keep that in mind: this is work for the country, not a bid for a paid contract.

One warning that concerns you personally rather than the foundation. Anyone who receives information covered by medical secrecy through the established procedure is liable for disclosing it on the same footing as medical staff (Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On protection of citizens' health", CBD act 230000918, in force, art. 169 part 6). That is why we do not open patient records, even when a doctor offers to show them to make things clearer.

Contact us: welcome@onuguu.org. Tell us briefly who you are and what interests you. We answer everyone.

The norms this page relies on

The status of every act is verified against the Centralised Database of Legal Information of the Ministry of Justice (CBD). The English titles are our own translation; the CBD code is the authoritative identifier, and the code is given so that the norm can be opened and read in full.
